Behind the Gong

A little about me

My priority is to create a warm and welcoming space

for you to arrive exactly as you are!

to share the power of sound

for deep rest, renewal and healing

-

Hi, I’m Anne-Marie - The Sound Yogi

Quite possibly Ottawa’s biggest GONG nerd!

Army brat, Mom, yoga teacher, sound facilitator, creator and ambient music artist!

My friends would describe me as energetic, passionate, creative, intuitive, spiritual, lover of nature and adventure, definitely weird but in a good way...as in she likes to keep life fun and sparkly!

I do play the GONG soooooo enough said ;)

My journey has led me many places, but after repeated burnouts and subsequent lessons/awakenings, I am on a path of self-discovery, authenticity, and healing. During this time I have learned so much and benefited from modalities such as yoga, breathwork and meditation, and of course, SOUND! I want to share these incredible tools with YOU in hopes that It might also support you in your own healing and joy.

Gung ho for GONGS!

and disco balls …and who am I kidding, anything sparkly really!

happy passionate personality, free and creative energy, warm and inviting. curly hair and sunglasses smiling near ocean waves with a rocky shoreline and a building covered in greenery in the background.
